At GEB (General Electronics Battery), we provide reliable, transparent warranty and replacement support for all our B2B commercial partners. Given the hazardous nature of lithium battery transit, this document outlines the initial inspection timeline, valid warranty claim procedures, custom battery specifications, and technical replacement protocols.
All GEB battery packs and cells undergo 100% pre-shipment aging, voltage matching, and capacity testing. Claims for damages or defects are handled promptly through our standard engineering RMA procedure.
At GEB (General Electronics Battery), we provide support under the written warranty and return terms for each order. Since international shipping of dangerous goods involves complex regulations, our policy focuses on efficient problem-solving and warranty support.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect all packages immediately. Any claims for missing items, visible damage, or wrong shipments must be reported to our sales team within 7 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Warranty duration and coverage are stated in the quotation or order documents. Where a 12-month term is agreed, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Due to the high cost and strict regulations of shipping Class 9 Dangerous Goods internationally, we generally do not require physical returns of defective batteries to China.
To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Products manufactured to your specific requirements (OEM/ODM custom battery packs) are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless they are functionally defective upon arrival.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are normally targeted for processing to the original payment method; timing depends on verification and the payment provider.
If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact your account manager or email us at info@gebattery.co.
